How To Book : Complete a booking form and return it to us with a £25 non-returnable deposit per person. Confirmation of your booking and receipt of your deposit will be emailed to you where an email address is given. If you do not have an email address please send a stamped, addressed envelope to receive your confirmation by post.

Payment : The Retreat Centre is a non-profit making charity organisation and all
charges are to cover the cost of the retreats and the upkeep of the centre. In the spirit of
our founder, the Franciscan Retreat Centre is open to everyone, regardless of financial status.
For those who are unable to meet the full costs of a retreat, please contact Fr. Keith Windsor,
the Retreat Centre Director, who will use his discretion; any agreement entered into will be
in the strictest confidence.
For persons aged 17yrs and under, the cost is half that published. At present we are only able
to accept payments by cheque or in cash. We do not have a debit/credit card facility.
